Hard-Co Sand & Gravel offers a variety of soils that can be used for a number of applications. Most of these products are screened & mixed on site to ensure a quality product.
Our loaders working together mixing and screening Triple Mix.
Screened Topsoil: Natural screened soil without added nutrients used mainly for backfilling, seeding or for laying sod. (a 2" depth is ideal)
Triple Mix: Our triple mix contains screened topsoil, manure, peat loam, and mushroom compost. excellent for use on new or existing gardens as it provides an excellent source of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. It is not recommended that this soil be used on lawns
Top Dressing: This product is composed of compost & bricksand (to prevent clumping and to provide ease for thin spreading). This product is mainly used to replenish lawns in low spots or for reseeding pre-existing lawns. (a 1/2" depth is ideal)
Premium Compost: A natural fertilizer primarily composed of local yard trimmings and food waste, great for gardens and flower beds.
Mushroom Compost: An organic soil conditioner made with composted mushrooms, manure and peat moss; great for gardens and flower beds.
