Hard-Co Sand & Gravel offers a variety of soils that can be used for a number of applications. Most of these products are screened & mixed on site to ensure a quality product.
Screened Topsoil: Natural screened soil used mainly for seeding or for laying sod. Bulk discounts are available.
Triple Mix: Our triple mix contains screened peat loam , topsoil, mushroom compost & manure. If you are starting a garden or even adding to an existing one, this product is an excellent source of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.
Top Dressing: This is an organic blend of screened peat loam, topsoil, mushroom compost, manure & bricksand (to prevent clumping and make more manageable) with a pH level of 6 to 7.3. This product is mainly used to top up lawns in low spots or to top dress with a thin coating of fertile soil.
Premium Compost: A completely organic soil conditioner great for gardens and flower beds.
Peat Loam: Organic material excavated from a bog that is good for starting or adding to a garden.
Manure: Screened horse manure that is an excellent source of nutrition for plants.
Utility Topsoil: A natural screened soil used mainly for seeding or for laying sod. Bulk discounts are available. This is screened with a larger screen than or normal topsoil so it may contain some small stones.
